This site is hosted on HostForWeb.com. As any self-respecting computer scientist would insist, this site is developed purely in Notepad. I've really enjoyed the combination of MySQL and PHP, I think it's as great as you read about on the web. Be sure to check out my Open Source Software section to download some PHP/MySQL scripts I have written.
